VERSES RESTAURANT We wound up our gallery tour by taking in the art exhibition in the luminous atrium in the Hotel Nelligan. Searching for art of a different kind, we turned our thoughts to food. Happily, all we had to do was cross the street to Verses, a restaurant well-versed in the classics of French cuisine adapted to fresh Quebec ingredients. Everything was irresistible. | MODAVIE There’s something about Mediterranean cuisine that’s so seductive. It’s almost too tempting… as if there’s such a thing!
