For more than 30 years, the Antonopoulos Group has been building a portfolio of upscale hotels and restaurants with a local and international reputation for excellence. In 2000, they were presented with the Tourism Montreal Special Development Prize in acknowledgement of their contributions to the preservation of Old Montreal. In 2007, they were honoured by Tourisme Montréal and named Grand Ulysse of the year.

Antonopoulos Group establishments, including Galianos, Restaurant du Vieux-Port and Modavie, have received critical acclaim for their first-class dining experiences. The fine French cuisine of Les Remparts, located in the Auberge du Vieux-Port, earned the proprietors Tourism Montreal’s “Prix Ulysse” in both 2001 and 2002. Following in its footsteps, the contemporary French cuisine of Verses Restaurant is earning Hôtel Nelligan a reputation as one of the city’s most elegant hosts.

The mission of the Antonopoulos Group is to continue building a loyal customer base by welcoming people to the most elegant restaurants and boutique hotels in the historic heart of Montreal. Entrepreneurial successes have been marked by the personal involvement of brothers Tony and Costa Antonopoulos, founders of the Antonopoulos Group. Their operations currently employ more than 400 people, including second-generation family members Dimitri, Vice President of Marketing at Place d’Armes Hôtel & Suites, Dina, General Manager of Auberge du Vieux-Port, and Georgia, Sales Manager.
